REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION

• Batteries installed after May 1, 2022
• Warranty is registered properly for all batteries, with installation date as well as serial numbers of each battery
• Serial numbers are required so that we can properly track rebates that have been submitted
• Proof of purchase for batteries with the invoice date indicating purchase after May 1, 2022
