How to Take Advantage of California’s Self-Generation Incentive Program to Increase Energy Resiliency
Take Advantage of California’s Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) to Save Money, Lower Energy Costs and Create Critical Back up Power for Your Home and Business.
Cash Back Incentives Exclusively for Energy Storage Systems
The California’s Self-Generation Incentive Program has introduced an additional $675,000,000 in funding to support energy security for residents and reduce greenhouse gas emissions causing climate change, increasing heat, drought, severe winds and fires. As Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) continuously expand during the California wildfire season, the SGIP program has dedicated 80% of available funding to help cover the cost of new and expanding clean energy storage systems – the backup power you need.
Depending on location and size of project, available rebates can cover from 85% to almost 100% of the installation. To learn more about the SGIP program and the qualifying criteria, download our quick SGIP overview!
